4dpredict Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4dpredict platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 4dpredict platform, you agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4dpredict as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms is deemed to have occurred as soon as you complete the registration process or continue using the platform following any announced amendments.
The 4dpredict platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 4dpredict. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. 4dpredict reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as an official identification card or proof of address for verification purposes.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 4dpredict will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the customer support channel.
Prohibited Conduct & User Responsibilities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or abuse of platform systems. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is entirely prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 4dpredict platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including popular e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, as well as bank transfers via FPX. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and is legally valid.
Deposits & Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit is RM 10, depending on the selected payment method. 4dpredict is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. All confirmed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
Withdrawals & Verification
Withdrawals may only be processed to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified. Accounts that have not completed full identity verification may be subject to withdrawal limits or processing delays. 4dpredict reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, in order to ensure transaction security.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
4dpredict reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the account in question.
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems, games, or withdrawal processes.
- Holding more than one active account without prior written consent from 4dpredict.
In cases where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of terms, 4dpredict reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Should a breach be established, the balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 4dpredict customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is complete.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
4dpredict shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming activity, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 4dpredict makes no warranties regarding the continuity or accuracy of the service at any given time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dpredict platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 4dpredict or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 4dpredict.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 4dpredict platform may engage third-party service providers for payment processing and certain gaming content. 4dpredict is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
4dpredict reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For amendments that materially affect user rights, 4dpredict will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via in-platform announcements or communication to the registered account before the changes take effect.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to the use of the 4dpredict platform.
